**How you’ll make an impact**
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for all five BU Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient travel plans
- Manage the calendars of the BU Managers, schedule meetings, and book rooms at the Zurich HQ, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
- Plan and execute events, including liaising with local suppliers, arranging catering, sending invitations, and ensuring all details are covered for successful events
- Provide administrative support for local Group meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Manage and protect sensitive business and personnel information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion

**Your background**
- Proven experience in planning and executing events, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A solid track record of experience in a similar role, providing high-level administrative support
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is desirable
