What’s the scope?

Reporting into the Marketing Director Lee the Sr Integrated Marketing Manager is focused on building equity for the brand through media with a focus on key digital touch points.

This role develops the digital communication strategy and media execution for the brand, including brand display, paid social, digital titans (including performance marketing management) and our owned ecomm business.

They will partner with the brand team and agency partners to create content strategies and execution across various platforms, optimizing creative as they go. The role closely collaborates with the Creative Services team in an effort to deliver assets.

In addition to the brand digital, this person will oversee the Brand social media Manager, managing paid activities across social platforms and collaborates on the development of paid and organic content for these channels.

The Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager liaises with wider Marketing and eComm teams, on a wide range of tactics promoting a significant program portfolio, and thus must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and creative environment.

Your responsibilities as our Sr Integrated Marketing Manager ;
- Oversee paid activities within social media platforms, working closely with agency partners to balancing promotional and organic campaigns
- Consume marketing analytics to adjust message strategies and identify opportunities for new content creation across owned media platforms based on insights from internal and external metrics. Build and manage reporting. Execute the digital activation as planned. Ensure the campaigns are running on their right tracks to hit the targets.

Skills for Success:

- 5 + years’ experience in DTC marketing including media, web and content marketing
- 5 + years’ experience in Integrated marketing management to include: campaign development, media management / buying, ecommerce, digital marketing
- 4 + years’ experience in Marketing analytics and data analysis management and reporting
- 3 + years’ experience in Experience with audience behavior in a variety of platforms and channels (web, electronic direct mail, social media - especially Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Experience in digital media, agency or in-house directly managing digital media
- Digital + traditional media buying and management
- Marketing analytics and reporting skills
- Campaign development, execution and management
- Strategic planning and strategy development
- Integrated communications skills
