Objectif Du Poste

Premier point de contact pour nos clients ; conseil et élaboration de solutions sur mesure pour la manutention d'envois à délai critique, complexes et sensibles à la température (GDP/GMP).

Responsabelstes:
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de:

- Premier point de contact pour nos clients ainsi que la liaison avec le département des opérations.
- S’occuper de la base de clients et maintenir le contact avec les partenaires
- Recevoir les ordres de transport dans le domaine de l'exportation et de l'importation et saisir les données dans le TMS
- Planification des expéditions en veillant à l'optimisation des processus de livraison et au respect des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et de toutes les réglementations pertinentes (par exemple ADR/DGR/IATA, etc.)
- Planification indépendante de la chaîne du froid, y compris la sélection de l'emballage idéal pour la chaîne du froid.
- Préparation des devis et traitement des réclamations, coopération dans la gestion des écarts (capa-reports)
- Coordination entre les départements opérationnels et administratifs, en mettant l'accent sur la facturation et le contrôle des factures entrantes.
- Participation aux formations internes et externes ainsi que respect des délais dans l'outil en ligne

Les Tâches Secondaires:

- Le titulaire de l'emploi est tenu d'exercer ses fonctions de manière à ce que:

- Toutes les tâches relevant de son domaine sont exécutées de manière factuelle, correcte, opportune, rapide et économique, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) ;
- Toutes les divergences, tous les problèmes et tous les retards qui surviennent sont immédiatement signalés au superviseur et les statuts d'expédition mis à jour sont fournis au client.
- Le transport est effectué de la manière la plus sûre, la plus rapide et la plus efficace ;
- Les instructions des superviseurs et de la direction sont suivies ;
- Les souhaits et les attentes de nos clients sont satisfaits au mieux de nos capacités ;
- La coopération de son département avec les autres départements de l'entreprise est telle que le flux d'informations est fluide à tout moment et qu'une bonne coordination générale est assurée.

Le titulaire du poste est tenu d'accomplir lui-même les tâches professionnelles suivantes:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et engager personnellement le dialogue avec nos clients, collègues et fournisseurs.
- Entretenir les relations et établir/maintenir la confiance avec le client par une communication ouverte et interactive, en utilisant les outils de communication fournis.
- Sélection des itinéraires en créant des mappages de voies en tenant compte des temps de transit et de la combinaison des types de transport.
- Collaborer avec des collègues du monde entier pour fournir le meilleur service client possible.
- Traiter les plaintes des clients et initier le processus de déviation.
- Utiliser et maintenir tous les outils techniques disponibles.
- Vérifier les heures de départ ou d'arrivée prévues des vols et assurer le suivi de l'envoi tout au long du processus de transport.
- Assurer un contact continu et étroit avec les clients et les informer des mises à jour pertinentes.
- Finaliser les commandes (saisir les suppléments, les prix)
- Assurer la liaison et la coordination avec les agences externes (tour de contrôle de la WEMEA) concernant l'organisation et la supervision des essais cliniques à tous les stades.
What your background should look like
- LES EXIGENCES EN MATIÈRE D'EXPÉRIENCE ET DE FORMATION:

- Formation dans le domaine du transport de marchandises et des services logistiques ou formation commerciale comparable.
- Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'expédition internationale (fret aérien) et/ou du service à la clientèle dans un secteur comparable.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
- Connaissance de l'allemand est un avantage
- Utilisation sûre des produits MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
