**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Who are we looking for?**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting work streams in client engagements of multi-disciplinary teams
- Supporting business development activities such as proposal development
- Working closely with clients to understand their (and their customers’) issues
- Researching the industry value chains and client organizations with structured and unstructured data (incl. leveraging Advanced Analytics and AI tools) for generating actionable insights
- Drawing on IBM research and evolving market trends to help clients explore the art of the possible based on market and competitive positioning
**The main requirements are**:
- Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
Mental curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovation solutions, with a bias for action
- Strong problem-solving capabilities as well as analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insights
- Aptitude and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment
- Self-driven, independent, responsible working style
