- Then, you must be the right talent to join our regional team as Junior Operations Project Manager - Richemont Europe.**You will be successful in the role by**:

- Coordinating and managing projects or initiatives within the Europe projects team focusing on Customer Service and Logistics areas while collaborating with other functions like Finance, Digital, Compliance
- Deploying customer service and logistics initiatives in full compliance with the operating guidelines
- Running lean management principles in Customer Service platforms in Europe
- Build and improve data reporting and dashboarding for operations performance using BI tools like Power BI or process mining such as Celonis
- Facilitating trainings on processes and knowledge transfer
- Supporting group initiatives and department projects
- Contributing to continuous improvement in terms of processes and systems
