- Division: Project Management- Job Type: Permanent roleWe are currently looking for an Industrial Project Manager for our biotechnology facility in Meyrin. In this function, you report directly to the Head Engineering & Technical Projects. As Project Manager, you manage programs and projects from initiation to closing; you support the implementation and continuous improvement portfolio management solutions, and you act as business analyst to define project’s customer demands and convert them into clear requirements.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead key initiatives as Program or Project Manager in industrial, technical, scientific and other fields linked to Technical Operations activities
- Maintain project management standards and procedures updated including milestones and decision dates over the project lifecycle and the project portfolio
- Ensure timely and adequate communication to all relevant functions and according to escalation processes.
- Analyze actual performance against the project plan and adjust consistently with plan’s objectives
- Support Head of the department in the establishment of Project Porfolio Gouvernance
- Understand, analyze and model every kind of business processes
- Ensure that project management framework and best practices are applied within each Project, Program or Portfolio
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders. You also possess remarkable technical expertise and bring the following profile:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience within management of interdisciplinary projects, within an international environment as a plus
- Previous experience within a regulated industry, preferably from GMP environment
- Proven experience with international companies and contractors
- Full fluency in French both written and spoken, with very good command in English
