**Responsibilities**:
In this critical role, you and your team will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing communication and market penetration initiatives for our state-of-the-art ventilators, innovative technologies, and essential consumables. You will work in a fast-paced and international environment, where you will have the opportunity to tackle complex content that blends communication, technology, and medicine. You will collaborate with experts from various fields and countries to drive our brand forward.

Your primary responsibilities
In close cooperation with your team, the respective product managers, and other stakeholders, you:
- Launch game-changing products on a global scale and make a lasting impact
- Craft and execute integrated cross-media campaigns that ignite demand and bolster our brand image
- Elevate our digital presence and dominate the online landscape through our website and social media channels
- Innovate and create customer-centric tools that attract new audiences and deepen engagement with existing customers
- Craft persuasive sales arguments and strategies in partnership with other teams, driving sales and growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining the integrity of our product communication
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing experts, driving success and fostering growth
- Streamline processes and set the standard for excellence in the team
- Define and track key performance indicators, measuring the impact of all marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in medical technology and products
- Experience in mechanical ventilation and/or the critical care environment
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally in the MedTech environment
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2) is a must; good knowledge of German is preferred; any additional language is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- High ability to structure own and others work, very good prioritization skills
- High level of pro-activeness and intrinsic motivation combined with curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind
- Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Willingness and ability to travel for multiple days at a time
