We are currently seeking an accomplished and motivated Client Team Leader to join our esteemed client's team in the Product Care and Maintenance department. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing mid-sized teams, overseeing product care and maintenance initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding product quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
- ** Leadership and Team Support**: Provide effective leadership to a mid-sized team of engineers and technicians within the Product Care and Maintenance department. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.
- ** Product Care and Maintenance Oversight**: Take charge of product care and maintenance activities, focusing on optimizing the lifecycle engineering processes for ventilators. Develop and execute strategies to enhance product reliability, performance, and longevity.
- ** Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and quality guidelines governing medical device manufacturing. Implement robust quality management systems to uphold the safety, efficacy, and compliance of the client's products in the market.
- ** Quality Problem Analysis**:Conduct thorough analyses of ventilators to identify and address quality issues arising during production and post-market phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions and preventive measures.
**Your Profile**
- ** Fluency in German and English**:Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is essential for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- ** Engineering Qualification**: Completed engineering studies (FH, university) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for technical leadership in the medical sector.
- ** Experience in Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within the medical technology or related industry, showcasing the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- ** Creativity and Strategic Planning**:Strong analytical skills coupled with creativity and strategic thinking to drive innovation and problem-solving in product care and maintenance initiatives.
- ** High Social Skills and Hands-On Mentality**: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to leadership, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork within the department and across organizational boundaries.
