Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our product managers and stakeholders to drive the success of our products globally.
You will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating product launches, while also creating and executing dynamic cross-media marketing campaigns that drive demand and increase brand awareness.
Your creativity will be put to the test as you develop innovative tools to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
You will also take charge of maintaining our e-Catalog, utilizing your keen market research and competitive analysis skills to develop effective market strategies.
To ensure our sales force is equipped with the best tools and strategies, you will work collaboratively with other teams to create compelling sales arguments and strategies that truly resonate with our customers.
Qualifications:
Profile:
- Master's degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interest in medical technology and products; experience in mechanical ventilation and/or the critical care environment is a plus
- Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in the Medtech environment
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2) is a must; good knowledge of German is preferred; any additional language is a plus
- Experience in product communication
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- High ability to structure own and others work; very good prioritization skills
- High level of proactiveness and intrinsic motivation combined with curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind
- Willingness and ability to travel for multiple days at a time
