**What you’ll do**

Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) Lead plans, directs and oversees a wide range of analyses, related to the current and future business of the company. The BIA lead will work collaboratively with Franchises to define and monitor key performance indicators, oversee market research activities and often work with outside consultants to perform complex analyses. The BIA lead will also develop and monitor budgets.

**Responsibilities**

In this role you will provide timely insights and analysis using a range of data sources to support the current and future portfolio of the Oncology Business Unit. Utilizing sales data, competitor insights, dynamic opportunity data, SFE data and market research, the BIA lead provides an objective in-depth understanding of the Therapy area / market, and the key drivers of brand performance and future opportunities to the brand team and Business Unit. The BIA will be responsible for the provision of KPIs to aid and advise the Brand Team in Brand Planning and flawless performance execution. They will also be critical in proposing sales targets in line with forecast.

**Essential for the role**
- Experience in a similar role within analytical support / insights generation
- Pharmaceuticals experience
- Experience in sales targeting setting

**Desirable for the role**
- Marketing/Business related master’s degree
- Therapy Area / Oncology knowledge / experience
- Sales & Marketing experience
