**What you'll do...**

Proactively monitor industry, product and competitors, economic trends, all on international, national and regional levels.

Contribute to the development/revision of market strategies and identify actionable insights based on data to sustainably accelerate business performance.

Co-develop adequate Business Intelligence visualizations to transparently assess performance & benchmark across teams & geographies.

Design and be responsible for the end-to-end Salesforce Effectiveness framework, including timely performance analyses and continuous improvement suggestions to the cross-functional teams. You will build patient funnels and ambitious and reliable sales forecasts. You will work closely with Senior Leadership, Sales Managers, Brands Leads, Finance.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- senior experience in business analytics ideally in the pharmaceutical area
- excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and you are comfortable using BI visualization software
- master’s degree or higher Science, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Psychology, or other relevant field
- English: proficient; German/French: nice to have
- analytical skills, a strong commercial understanding as well as a convincing track record in handling complex projects

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- understanding both primary and specialty healthcare businesses in Switzerland. As a plus, you are familiar with the respiratory and/or cardio-metabolic-renal disease areas
- strong in communication and presentation
- innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation
