**CONTEXT**
- As member of Richemont Digital Distribution team, you will be at the center of the Group Digital Transformation activities for Richemont Group. You will support the team in setting the strategy & vision for Richemont Group’s continued digital transformation and growth including setting priorities, key initiatives & KPIs and driving execution on mission-critical digital initiatives.- Support RIC Global Digital Team (based in Geneva and Shanghai) to design Digital, Omnichannel and Data (Luxury New Retail - LNR) strategy based on internal requirements and market dynamics
- Research competitor, partner, and industry trends to support the development of LNR strategy and roadmap
- Facilitate key strategic planning, provide expertise in portfolio and program management for strategic initiatives
- Synthesize core communications (insights and opportunities, portfolio and project updates, business analyses etc.) into clear and compelling presentations and updates to be shared with internal and external audiences

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Strategy design and business development- Develop and iterate Global and China LNR strategy and roadmap
- Develop and lead the innovation program, to identify strategic and tactical options and business opportunities to enrich the LNR strategy and roadmap
- Build strong relationships with Global and local stakeholders
- Portfolio and Project management- Manage the projects’ portfolio for proper business prioritization, timeline definition, budgeting and resourcing
- Develop the proper governance model to manage key stakeholder communication
- Lead various strategic initiative delivery process with proficient project management practice
- Reporting and communication- Design and manage periodical reporting of LNR business performances and project updates
- Design and manage quarterly communications to LNR leadership including market trends and insights, business and program updates and performances
- Regularly update stakeholder on market innovations, trends and competitors

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- 5-7 years of experience, with a preference for those with a digital strategy management consulting background
- Fluent in English, Chinese and French as a plus
- Strong strategy design and project management skills in complex international contexts
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex international contexts
- Advanced-level competencies in problem solving skills with results-oriented mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to drive success with limited guidance and under pressure
- Great attention to details and strong customer-centric mindset
- Real team-player mindset with positive attitude
