**CONTEXT**
Supply Chain is a key driver of Maisons’ overall performance. It must be agile to provide the best end-to-end product availability and ensure client satisfaction, anytime and anywhere.
Our mission in Group Supply Chain Solutions : foster Supply Chain transformation to strengthen Maisons’ competitive advantage.
Within the team, you will be in charge to lead key projects & initiatives in the area of Upstream Supply Chain, covering all capabilities including Supply Chain design, S&OP and Production Planning, tactical planning & Supply Chain decision.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?**
You will lead projects & drive change
- Lead Supply Chain projects from the Group Supply Chain program
- Drive change through projects in order to reach a sustainable performance
- Provide on-request support to the Group, Maisons & internal manufactures
- Participate to cross-entities initiatives such as Supply Chain Planning roadmap implementation

You will promote analytics & reporting tools
- Design, formalize and implement solutions and reports, to support manufacture’s processes and monitor Supply Chain performance
- Handle on-demand analysis within the manufacturing and procurement areas
- Promote data-driven decision mindset and contribute to the evolution of Supply Chain data maturity

You will collect and share best practices
- Capitalize & formalize knowledge acquired through projects
- Contribute to the Supply Chain « best practices » sharing among manufacturing entities and Group Functions
- Participate to community animation

You will contribute to the Group Supply Chain Solution strategy
- Act as a driver to identify potential project pipeline
- Collect and share competitive intelligence
- Promote & embody Group Supply Chain Solution values
- Promote Richemont Supply Chain inside & outside the Group

**WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?**
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience (including manufacturing environment)
- Solid supply chain skills
- Strong project management, organization and communication skills
- Understanding of production environment (Lean culture is a plus)
- Appetence for data-analytics combined with solid analytical skills
- Solid dashboard/visualization tool skills (PowerBI is a plus)
- SQL basics are a plus
- Fluent in English and French
