**CONTEXT**

In her/his mission, the Group Real Estate Architecture & Construction Manager is supporting some Maisons and Richemont entities in their real estate’s project (new building or renovation) from their initial request to the delivery (programming, possible architecture competition, realization, handover), ensuring the respect of internal process, budget, planning and quality. He/She is reporting to the Group Real Estate Architecture & construction Director.

Working closely with Group function’s heads and Maisons’s management. Providing advice and expertise to the Group’s Brands, assists Real Estate Management

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:

- Coordinate various real estate projects, construction or renovation mainly manufactures and offices.
- Define the construction and technical Brief, building the project management team ( choice of architects, engineers, ) leading construction’s projects until handover, ensuring the respect of budget, timing, quality.
- Advising and supporting Maisons and Entities on their construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with different Richemont entities involved in construction/renovation operation (IT, Security, Finance, Legal,)
- Ensuring best practice in building’s construction and renovation (compliance with standards and laws, according to group environmental objectives, etc,..)
- Working closely with Group function’s heads and Maisons’s management.
- Provide advice and expertise to the Group’s Brands, assists Real Estate Management

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- Architect with solid expertise in construction project management and buildings technical knowledge.
- Strong organizational, leadership and influencing skills
- Proven contract negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to interface with multiple internal and external partners
- Enthusiastic, ease in contacts, excellent team spirit
- Fluent French (mandatory) and English
- Possible travel (Switzerland & International)
