- We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Logistics coordinator, Store Development EMEA (Capri) - Based in Milan or Manno (Switzerland)

Department overview:
Store development supports the Capri brands (Michael Kors. Jimmy Choo and Versace) development strategy both for new store openings and existing stores renovation throughout all business channels (retail, wholesale, travel retail, franchisee) orchestrating the whole process from initial survey to the opening.

Who You Are:
An accountant with strong organizational and coordination skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

What You’ll Do:

- Support department Director and Project Managers with department reporting:

- Coordinate and distribute projects development report weekly updates for all group brands
- Produce EMEA project Cap-Ex forecast and ensure reports are updated on a monthly basis
- Prepare budget vs. forecast vs. actuals reconciliation for all retail projects.
- Support department Director in managing and maintaining the master project budget template, making additions and changes to the formulas as needed.
- Prepare and maintain Cap-Ex analysis to capture construction cost history/trends
- Maintain financial files on department server
- Keep track of construction bulkorders (fixtures, carpets, fabrics, floor tiles) stock levels for brands and coordinate reassortment in alignment with department Director
- Support department Director and Project Managers with projects accounting activities, such as:

- Upon projects activation, work closely with Corporate Cap-Ex Analyst to ensure CRF’s (Capital Request Forms) are created, submitted and approved as required.
- Vendors registration on brands portals (ex. Aravo, SAP)
- Issue POs against approved quotations
- Check invoices accuracy (verify billing address & contract amount)
- Code invoices to Cap-Ex or expense & distributing for approval
- Obtain approval from all levels of management with appropriate discretion
- Submit approved invoices to Domestic/International Partners for payment
- Maintain knowledge of individual projects and develop relationships with Store Development Managers to anticipate and capture financial risk in project budgets
- Become the main point of reference for all department accounting activities within the Group and with external vendors and consultants:

- Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounting during monthly/quarterly/annual close
- Build relationships with Store Development vendors to become the main point of contact for all billing and payments related queries
- Manage construction logistics, coordinating with Store Development Project Managers, vendors and brand logistics department to ensure deliveries are planned in alignment with the construction programs
- Support Store Development department with samples administration and logistics

.You’ll Need to Have:

- + 3 years experience in an similar role, preferably in logistics or fairs organization
- Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency required
- Fluent English -EU languages preferred, Italian is a plus
- Very good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written
