The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving financial performance working closely with the different business partners.What You’ll Do:Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.Assist in building detailed financial models to predict performance and growth.Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the financial impact of business decisions and potential risks.Financial Analysis:Analyze trends in financial performance and identify key drivers of variances and areas for improvement.Provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with actionable insights.Perform expense management reviews to recommend cost-saving initiatives.Build robust capital expenditure requests and business cases for all corporate capital projectsReporting:Consolidate within deadlines full EMEA P&L combining all different Channels.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/dashboards to communicate key financial data to management and stakeholders.Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.Track KPIs and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.Manage Hyperion Planning and Reporting tool ensuring integrity and reliability of the data, acting as main point of contact for different counterparts involved.Business Partnership:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and influence financial outcomes.Partner with departments to align financial goals with operational strategies and to enhance financial systems and processes.Coordinate with the accounting team to improve accuracy of the reporting, providing more accurate and meaningful management information for monthly closing.Ad Hoc Analysis:Conduct financial analyses to support special projectsSupport on SOX analysisYou’ll Need to Have:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant experience experience in financial planning & analysis, or related roles, preferably in the industryFluent in spoken and written English, other languages knowledge will be a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience / familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (Hyperion, SAP,…)Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance business partnersStrong commitment to confidentiality and professionalismWe’d Love to See:CollaborationCommunicationProactivityTeam developmentDrive ResultsEntrepreneurialFunctional SkillsMK Perks: Our purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors.
