Afin de renforcer son équipe actuelle, la CGN recherche un ou une:
**Facility manager - 100%
**Vos tâches**:

- Assurer l’entretien des bâtiments ainsi que des espaces extérieurs.
- Assurer la gestion du mobilier, des véhicules et de l’ergonomie des espaces.
- Participer aux projets, procédures et budgets liés à l’exploitation des bâtiments.
- Gérer les dispositifs de sécurité, la transmission ainsi que le suivi des alarmes et accès.
- Assurer la gestion des déchets.
- Superviser le personnel de son service.

**Votre profil**:

- Master/brevet fédéral en facility management ou titre jugé équivalent.
- Formation complémentaire en gestion d’équipe.
- Expérience indispensable dans l’industrie ou technique.
- Expérience dans la gestion d’exploitation d’un grand site.
- Aimant travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Organisé-e, structuré-e, bon entregent, bon sens de l’équité, responsable, autonome, proactif-ve,

exemplaire et flexible.
- Langue maternelle française et idéalement connaissances en anglais et allemand.
- Maîtrise des outils de bureautiques standards.
- Maîtrise des lois et règlements en vigueur relatives à la fonction.
