Votre tâche principale consiste à répondre à nos clientes et clients par téléphone et / ou par voie électronique en assurant un support de 1er niveau pour nos assurés.
Vous appuyez les autres membres de l'équipe pour la création, le suivi et la coordination de tickets, ainsi que pour les tests de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Ponctuellement, vous réalisez également des tâches dans le cadre de projets ou de missions internes.
Ce que vous apportez- CFC d’employé(e) de commerce, une formation continue en assurances sociales ou caisse de pension serait un réel atout
- Expérience professionnelle dans un service à la clientèle
- Curiosité et intérêt pour les thèmes de la prévoyance professionnelle et des assurances sociales
- Personnalité communicative, orientée client et responsable
- Sens du contact et du travail en équipe
- Très bonnes connaissances en français et en allemand, italien et / ou anglais un plus

Votre taux d’occupation est négociable entre 40% et 50%. La durée de la mission est de 12 mois et le lieu de travail est à Nyon.
