Pour soutenir nos sites de Lausanne et Baar, nous recherchons pour tout de suite ou à convenir une personnalité fiable, entreprenante, orientée services et expérimentée en tant que Transaction Manager.

Dans cette fonction, vous êtes avant tout responsable de l'acquisition de biens immobiliers en Suisse romande, conformément aux exigences prédéfinies. Dans le cadre d'achats immobiliers prévus, vous vérifiez minutieusement et intégralement les conditions juridiques, fiscales, économiques et techniques.

Dans l'idéal, vous disposez d'un bon réseau et cherchez en permanence à l'élargir.

Votre champ d'action

  • Première évaluation et analyse des offres et des opportunités immobilières
  • Vérification et saisie d'offres d'achat, études de marché et analyses
  • Due diligence des offres immobilières et des procédures d'achat (y compris analyses du marché immobilier suisse, cantonal et régional)
  • Sollicitations à froid
  • Calculs de rentabilité liés aux achats et aux ventes
  • Réalisation d'estimations immobilières pour l'octroi de crédits
  • Entretien des contacts avec les clients et partenaires et élargissement du réseau
  • Préparation de présentations à l'attention des organes de décision

Votre profil

  • Langue maternelle français / allemand
  • Formation de base dans le commerce ou la construction et formation continue dans le domaine fiduciaire immobilier et / ou dans celui de la gestion immobilière
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en tant que Transaction Manager
  • Connaissances spécialisées reconnues sur le marché immobilier et dans la gestion des contrats
  • Sens aigu de la planification et grande précision dans le travail
  • Bonnes connaissances utilisateur de la palette MS Office
  • Grande fiabilité et mode de travail structuré, axé sur les objectifs et autonome
  • Excellentes compétences sociales et plaisir au travail
  • Respect de la confidentialité des données et des informations sensibles
