Facility Manager

Coordonner et exécuter des travaux techniques en adéquation avec les connaissances requises, notamment dans les domaines de l’électricité, des réseaux informatiques et de l’automation. Participation au service de piquet technique (1 semaine par mois). Soutien au responsable d’équipe pour la partie sécurité et sûreté. Participer à la bonne tenue de la documentation technique et des bases de données informatiques nécessaires au service.

Vos Responsabilités:

- Entretenir, contrôler et réviser les installations techniques des bâtiments.
- Assurer un suivi d’entretien technique des installations physiques de sûreté et sécurité.
- Assurer les essais périodiques des différentes installations.
- Diagnostiquer les pannes et y remédier rapidement, faire le suivi administratif des pannes.
- Mandater les entreprises externes selon les besoins, collaborer avec les entreprises externes lors de leurs interventions.
- Établir des rapports de travail sur support informatique, participer à l’établissement de documents techniques et mise à jour de bases de données.
- Remplacement des collègues de l’équipe Gestion des bâtiments pour des travaux d’entretien et tâches de conciergerie.
- Participation aux réunions d’équipe.
- Contribuer aux actions d’améliorations continues.
- Devoir de représentation de la société, resp. du département, auprès du client et des fournisseurs.

Votre Profil:

- CFC électricien ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience dans le dépannage et l’analyse de pannes
- Connaissance des outils informatiques usuels et techniques
- Être motorisé du domicile à l’entreprise et à moins d’1 heure de route (service de piquet)
- Connaissance Datacenter (Groupe de secours, onduleurs)
- Connaissance en câblage informatique
- Connaissance en supervision technique et automation
- Maitrise du français (oral et écrit)
- Connaissances de base en anglais ou en allemand (oral et écrit)
- Certificat de chargé de sécurité en protection incendie AEAI (est un plus)
- Connaissance CVCE (est un plus)
