**Your Mission**:
Open Systems is looking for an energetic, proactive, creative yet analytical Channel and Field Marketing professional based Switzerland. S/he will be a critical team member responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that generate new leads and working with the rest of the Open Systems team to get them to convert to opportunities. This person will be tasked with driving pipeline and brand awareness through direct and through/to channel activities, by identifying and generating opportunities to increase the company’s mindshare and share of wallet.

**What will you do**:
- Create and execute field direct & channel marketing plan for conferences, events, roundtables, meetups, speaking engagements, etc. with the purpose of lead generation and brand awareness
- Work with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and measure field marketing programs that build pipeline, support new customer acquisition and retain existing customers
- Use SFDC to manage leads and report events’ outcomes and leverage the data for ROI and campaign performance conversations with sales
- Ensure field & channel programs are delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
- Execute regional webinars/webcasts (both partner & customer facing)
- Actively support the planning and execution of the annual Client Advisory Board (CAB)
**Your qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of related marketing experience
- Able to travel 25-30% of the time
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment
- Detail-oriented with a love for creating order out of chaos
- Team-player with an ability to handle interpersonal relationships, professionally, and empathetically
