The “International Team for Implantology” (ITI) is a leading scientific non-profit organization (foundation according to Swiss law) in implant dentistry that unites experts and specialists all over the world. As an independent academic association, we provide educational programs, finance research projects, organize congresses and events both nationally and internationally and work closely together with our industry partner in more than 30 countries. ITI Headquarters in Basel is the international base for project management, product development, marketing, IT, controlling and finance.

**Objective**
- Improve the customer experience (CX), constantly measure progress and push for CX excellence across the organization.
- Grow ITI membership count and participation rates as well as revenues from education products sustainably
- Ensure the successful execution of marketing projects and campaigns within ITI HQ and globally
- Drive ITI’s story-telling to make it most relevant to its audiences by identifying and setting narratives around implant dentistry, clinical dental practice and research
**Main tasks**
- Initiate, plan, execute and control marketing projects incl. promotional and digital marketing campaigns
- Act as the product manager for selected offerings and manage the full spectrum of marketing activities related to those
- Advise and provide hands-on support as a business partner to the various product managers across ITI HQ and sections across the full spectrum of marketing tactics
Strongly represent the “voice of the customer” within the projects assigned and the strategic roadmap of the ITI
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing and competitors and synthesize findings into actionable plans.
- Pro-actively help to set the agenda of the ITI’s content marketing based on market and customer insights as well as analytics
- Be a gatekeeper for agencies and other suppliers supporting the ITI in the execution of its marketing strategy
- Drive decision making around the strategic marketing plan by involving all relevant stakeholders from management team, ITI HQ, committees and sections
- Track and manage assigned marketing budgets and initiate corrective measures when needed
- Represent and present the ITI and assigned products in various committees, with industry partners and in senior management meetings
**Profile**:

- Min. 5 years of experience working in a marketing role in an international environment, preferably in dentistry or the life sciences industry
- BBA or a dental degree with further education in business or relevant work experience
- Experienced working in a global matrix organization
- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and business strategy, particularly content marketing, is a must
- Results-oriented individual
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- A curious individual and fast learner
- Presents well, also in front of demanding audiences
- Technology-affine, able to master various digital marketing tools quickly
- Good business acumen
- Able to set priorities and structured working-style
