Job Purpose

We are seeking a Global Senior Marketing Lead to join our Full Arch Segment team and lead the development of innovative marketing strategies for our Straumann dental implant system.

This strategic role aims to grow the edentulous market share for Straumann brand, planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for innovation and excellence in dental implant solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and test value propositions, messaging, and creative concepts for different target segments and personas.
  • Plan, design, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget and resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve Straumann full arch solutions and optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with experience in dental or medtech.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, product management, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector.
  • Experience in dentistry as a dentist is a strong plus.
  • A deep understanding of the full arch segment and customer behavior, needs, and preferences in this market.
  • A data-driven mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
