Clinical Document Management Expert for Global Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Document Management Expert to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change management and communication activities on a global scale, driving improvements in clinical document management processes.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Document Management Expert, you will be responsible for leading change management and communication activities for CDGM services globally. You will identify the needs of different departments, considering their familiarity and use of TMF systems and processes. Your role will involve conducting stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and developing a comprehensive change management plan.
You will support the development and execution of CDGM's communication strategy, collaborating with other change management teams and department representatives. Your responsibilities will also include defining communication and engagement objectives, creating effective communication plans, measuring their success, and gathering feedback for future improvements.
Additionally, you will act as a CDGM representative in global, cross-functional process or clinical development improvement initiatives. You will gather feedback from end-users and share insights with CDGM stakeholders to better assess user needs.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, preferably an advanced degree. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical document management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. In-depth understanding of the clinical development process, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is also required.
You should have experience working in global, multicultural teams and strong knowledge of system data structures and Clinical Document Management System functionalities. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems is crucial. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills are also necessary. Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines, are essential. Proven networking skills and experience in training colleagues are also beneficial.
