General information:Als Projekt Controller*in sind Sie ein wichtiger Eckpfeiler des Business Controllings. In dieser herausfordernden Position verantworten Sie alle Aufgaben im Rahmen des Controllings von Projekten fuer die Bereiche Grid Automation Systems & Substation Automation Service. Mit Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, Ueberzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermoegen unterstuetzen Sie die Projektleiter in kommerziellen Belangen und tragen dazu bei, dass Geschaeftsziele sicher erreicht und die Budgetvorgaben eingehalten werden. Sie analysieren und interpretieren die Ergebnisse, um verschiedene Geschaeftsalternativen zu bewerten und die am besten geeignete Business-Loesung zu empfehlen. Umsatzplanung, Abweichungsanalysen und Risikobewertung Unterstuetzen, beraten und schulen der Projektleiter und Verkaeufer in kommerziellen Belangen Unterstuetzen der Projektleiter bei der Durchfuehrung von Projektaudits und helfen bei Fragestellungen hinsichtlich IKS Professionelles Projektcontrolling waehrend der Ausschreibungsphase und Projektdurchfuehrung Identifizieren und Kommunizieren von wirtschaftlichen bzw. finanziellen Risiken und Chancen, Bewerten und Managen von Steuer
- und Waehrungsrisiken Unterstuetzen der Ueberpruefung von Ausschreibungsrisiken und Projekten gemaess unseren globalen Richtlinien - Verantworten von finanziellen und kommerziellen Projektkomponenten Korrekte Anwendung betriebswirtschaftlicher Systeme zur Projektueberwachung - insbesondere die SAP-Module SD, PS und CO Etablieren und Kontrollieren von Prozessen und Tools zur Sicherstellung von transparenten, zuverlaessigen Business-Informationen sowie fuer eine hohe Finanzdatenqualitaet Verantwortlich fuer die Wirksamkeit und Einhaltung interner Kontrollverfahren sowie fuer die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentationen fuer interne und externe Audits Gewaehrleisten eines lueckenlosen konzernweiten Reportings gemaess IFRS und unseren unternehmenseigenen Finanzrichtlinien Passgenaues Durchsetzen von Charter
- und laenderspezifischen Finanzrichtlinien/-anweisungenYour background:Bachelor-Abschluss im Fachbereich Business Administration / Finance / Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder abgeschlossene Berufsbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung Berufserfahrung im Controlling in einem internationalen Umfeld der Industriebranche idealerweise mit Projektgeschaeft Selbstaendige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS Excel), SAP-Kenntnisse S4/Hana von Vorteil Strukturierte Denkweise und gutes Zahlenverstaendnis Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift - Deutsch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Teamplayer mit ausgepraegtem Kommunikations
