Act as a business partner to the HUB Business Manager and lead the Finance community in HUB Europe as part of the PGGA Finance Function. Drive and monitor the financial performance of the HUB following business, economic and financial principles to enhance financial return. Financial, commercial and risk management of the Hub, including risk-/ project management during tendering and execution. Support effective business decisions by providing relevant insights, while ensuring excellence and compliance in our operations enabled by our talented people and digital core. **Responsibilities**:

- Drive and follow-up cost optimizations, productivity and profitability improvements; support financial audits and perform financial reviews
- Support local units in managing financial and commercial risks, incl. contract conditions, foreign currencies, inflation, tax etc. in close cooperation with respective functions
- Evaluate and follow-up investments, divestments, restructuring and footprint changes in line with BU/GPG strategy
- People leadership and talent development: provide guidance, training and succession planning for the Finance community of HUB Europe

Your background
- A Master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- 15+ years of experience in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and accounting
- At least 10 years of experience as a Controller of a business unit
- Strong financial manager, structured and results oriented leader with strong analytical and operational controlling skills
- Change management experience and strong communication skills
- Business oriented mindset to support business development
