In this postition, you will be responsible for the whole Operations Controlling for our Low
- and Medium Speed factory in Baden.

This position reports to Global Division Controller and Commercial Head.

**Responsibilities**:

- Potential to grow into a role with overall controlling responsibility for the Swiss organization (Local Division Controller).
- Sparring partner for operations management, including management reporting, ad hoc requests, and requesting global data & consolidation.
- Support all operations business projects & investment projects, especially data collection & investment calculations.
- Track and forecast utilization and absorption to ensure maximum productivity. Secure the budget process and that the strategic goals are reflected in the budgets for CH.
- Month-end reporting and closing activities, financial statement review, analysis, and explanation.
- Develop templates and provide supporting analysis to measure financial business performance. Provide forward-looking information to support the management in driving resource allocation, cost savings, NWC, and inventory optimization.

Your background
- Strong financial background, structured and result-oriented controller with a focus on processes.
- Requires a high level of coordination skills in order to gather relevant financial information from all parts of the organization.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP (FI and CO, SD modules) and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills, approaching problems with an open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time.
- Experience: several years in controlling/accounting functions.
- At least some basic German is a must.
