You will lead Chemicals Management & Compliance organisation and ensure career development of the team members, across Global regions covering both divisions Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrances & Beauty.

You will report directly to the Head of Global EHS CoE. This position can be based in Kemptthal (Switzerland) or Vernier (Switzerland).

**You will**:
**Strategy Development**:
Be accountable for all deliverables defined by our organization and EHS strategy

Manage and filter escalated product issues management
Ensure compliant product information, Identification and assessment of all potential hazards and assessment of hazard communication in compliance with existing legislation, corporate and industry guidelines

Represent Givaudan interests in the area of the Chemicals Management & Compliance:
Ensure a Governance for EHS CoE Chemicals Management & Compliance engaging partners
Preinform about important changes of legal requirements, implementation, control and compliance with changing legislation on a global basis

**You have**:
University degree in chemistry / biochemistry / food chemistry or equivalent
10+ years of international experience in the area of expertise
Business fluent in English, other language as French or German is an advantage
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a global matrix organization

**Technical background in the relevant field**: (Controlled Products & Dangerous Goods (CP & DG); Product Stewardship, GHS and SDS (PS), Warehouse, Emergency and Transport Security (WETS); Poison Centre Notification (PC); GHS and DG information on the Labels and Hazard Communication)
Expert in building relationship with multiple partners globally
Expert in translating vision into action
