At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end to end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. **The Role**:
The role is accountable for delivering standardized and consistent program management within EMEA. It will ensure deep alignment with the COEs, Engineering Standards, Project Services, Regional leads, sub-regional leads, and suppliers.

This role will drive successful execution of regional program across manufacturing and/or non-manufacturing environments and will coordinate key relationships with regional leaders and customers as appropriate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the regional coordinator for program management
- Lead programs and project teams that address pivotal initiatives and/or operational needs
- Set up a program structure for reporting progress, developing program metrics and leading internal and/or external resources where needed.
- Providing executive updates, and ensure program objectives are delivered as per plan
- Champion cross-regional coordination
- Work with service providers and internal resources to lead the execution of regional programs
- Track and control program management and execution through collaboration with finance and business leaders
- Build communication plans with the Program and/or Project Sponsors and agree on communication strategy for key partners on all aspects of program,
- Establish methodologies to generate saving and optimize the business while deploying the specified programs
- Drive and support a creative and innovative environment within the function

**Qualifications**

**Experience and Skills**:

- Strong business sense and business understanding
- Experience in facility management, financial, or supplier management preferred
- Positive relationship building skills
- The ability to optimally partner and deliver results
- Strong program management skills, Excellent organization skills, Strong coordination, and action tracking skills
- Ability to function optimally and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience leading workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and customers
- Global experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
- Related experience - operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business.
- Focused degree in Business or related field preferred
- Six sigma certification highly desirable
- Project Management methodology; PMP Certification is a plus
