Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for **Regional Category Manager Logistics** (M/F/d)**

The Regional Category Manager will be responsible for supporting approximately $100 million or less in

spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies. This spend is medium to low complex in nature and requires a

collaboration with key stakeholders within the business to execute. This individual will identify, develop and

direct the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy and deliver against targets for financial

performance, quality, and service and compliance adherence.

The Regional Category Manager will collaborate with Global Category Leadership by giving input into category

strategy development, maintaining key Regional Stakeholder relationships within the business and managing

key Regional supplier relationships.

The Manager is accountable for sourcing logistics solutions and services in partnership with stakeholders to

deliver innovative capabilities, and services, across all sectors.

The Regional Category Manager scope of responsibilities include:

- Execute Global Categories vision, strategy and implementation plan for a Logistics category that will effectively meet the long range requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for J&J
- Interface directly with CEO’s and other Regional supplier leadership to assure alignment of JNJ’s objectives are met, including quality, reliability, innovation and cost.
- Understands operational considerations. Identifies business demand requirements and partners with Business Engagement Leads to deliver annual value improvements and drives competitive advantage.
- Deliver on Regional financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments including inflation mitigation. ( support the LRFP creation year on year )
- Develop deep Regional supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management and development and improvement of end to end value, and bring innovation to the business
- Escalate issues that may impact the Global Logistics Procurement organization.
- Develop and manage internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, partnership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop a regional execution plan relevant to their mode(s) of ownership.
- Effectively manage the strategic relationship with external suppliers ( set up the MBR /QBR road map)
- Develop and convey mode expertise in order to identify and implement cost and/or service improvements.
- Lead cyclical sourcing event, as well as mid-contract negotiations as needed..(sourcing pipeline regular update)
- Participate in industry professional organizations.

Manage Regional supplier relationships, execute joint collaborative Innovative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations

Collaborate on Global Logistics Sourcing Strategies with Global Category Manager/Director. Bring in Business and Regional Insights into Strategy

Support Supply Chain Procurement initiatives as identified for the region - sustainability, Libertas, etc.
