**MANAGEMENT SUPPORT - OPERATIONS MANAGER (Financial Services)**

We are seeking a young graduate to join a professional and dynamic team, to provide active support in Client Support working directly with a member of management.
- Job:_
- Independent processing of various types of customer inquiries and correspondence
- Creation of tailor-made customer presentations
- Creation of ad hoc reports on various investment areas
- Actively collaborate with the various investment teams to deliver client relevant information
- Internal coordination of complex customer inquiries and administrative support of the team
- Independently preparing reports and updates on investment activities, including writing texts
- Assist in the creation and publication of monthly factsheets
- Supporting all projects related to the
- Requirements:_
- **MUST HAVE **completed university studies (Master/Bachelor) in the field of finance, banking, economics, business administration or communication
- **MUST HAVE **at least -1 year of professional experience in the financial services industry
- **MUST HAVE **comprehensive understanding of financial markets, asset classes and financial instruments
- **MUST HAVE **excellent knowledge of German and English (both written and spoken)
- **MUST BE **a service and client focused person with excellent communication skills
- **MUST HAVE **strong writing and presentation skills, with a result-oriented, structured and flexible way of working
- **YOU ARE **a Team player with curiosity, commitment and the ability to multitask, meet goals and deadlines
