- In this role, you will act as the global leader of Sonova’s Digital Workspace solutions including strategy, architecture, projects, support and line management functions. You will define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across the business, information, systems and technology in relation to digital workspace solutions. In addition, you will perform the role of deputy for the VP Corporate IT Operations.**Your tasks**
- Be an expert in Digital Workplace solutions, including collaboration and modern communication platforms, and drive the business forward
- Take complete ownership of Digital Workplace solutions, leading the vision, development, and delivery
- Set and manage expectations regarding development and delivery of Digital Workplace solutions
- Ensure the integrity of any proposed solutions that are provided from the business that may impact Digital Workplace
- Where required, establish and direct proof of concepts in innovation and make recommendations on technology adoption
- Work with the Security and Information Risk functions to ensure any solution meet the needs of internal security standards and principles
- Lead the investigation, design, and implementation of Digital Workplace solutions
- Develop an evolving solution architecture that support the Digital Workplace strategy
- Act as IT Operations department deputy - backup with regards to escalations, budget, and various leadership topics in the department

**Your profile**
- University degree in IT, Business Management or any other relevant field of study
- At least 7 years of professional working experience, preferably gathered in an international environment
- At least 7 years of experience with MS infrastructure solutions
- Strong experience with Windows OS, GPO’s, OS image engineering and deployment
- Technical enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure, architecture design and deep knowledge in the following pillars: modern workplace, deep office collaboration products and services knowledge
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Windows 10 enterprise and Office365 clients managed by SCCM, Intune and Azure AD
- Expertise in AutoPilot, WVD, EMS, SSO, MDM, MAM, Intune, SCCM 2012R2, FSLogic, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and procedures as they become available
- Ability to clearly document complex technical processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with constantly shifting priorities and to bring complex prioritized tasks to completion
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully in an intensely collaborative environment with a broad range of people from culturally diverse backgrounds including colleagues, administrators, students, faculty, donors, and alumni
- Strong leadership skills - must be able to lead a large global distributed team
- Fluent command of English both written and spoken; good command of German would be a plus
