Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos

Unsere Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf komplexe digitale Geschäftsentwicklung und Wachstumsprojekte:

  • Konzeption von zukunftssicheren Digital Commerce Strategien

  • Entwurf einer umsetzbaren Digital Commerce Roadmap

  • Prototyping des Digital Commerce Portfolios

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market Strategien und Aufbau von Digital Commerce & Marketing Organisationen

  • Datengetriebene und nutzerzentrierte Entwicklung von zukünftigen Geschäftsmodellen, (digitalen) Produkten und Services sowie digitalen Marketingstrategien

  • Identifikation und Optimierung von User Experience Treibern entlang des Kundenlebenszyklus

  • Portfolio-, Projekt- und Programmmanagement mit traditionellen und agilen Methoden

  • Leidenschaft für digitalen Handel und Dienstleistungen

  • Hervorragender Hochschulabschluss (Master, MBA, PhD) vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Digitales Marketing, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie sowie Innovationsmanagement

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich eCommerce Consulting und / oder Digital Sales & Marketing Business

  • Strategische Denkweise

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger eCommerce-Methoden und -Tools, idealerweise human centred-design, datengetriebene Marktforschung und agiles Projektmanagement (z.B. SCRUM)

  • Innovationsfreude und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung

  • Einfühlsame und unternehmerische Teamführung

  • Beratertypische Reisebereitschaft

  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
