**Starting date**: as of January 1st 2024 or by agreement; Location: Switzerland / Zurich; Workload: 60-80%; home-office possible; Yearly compensation: CHF 50’000. (at 100% workload) plus rewarding variable pay model

We are seeking an experienced & impact-oriented Country Director for the Swiss Chapter of Aiducation International with an emphasis on sales and business development (60-80%). You will lead and execute the acquisition of new corporate partners & foundations and accelerate the financial support for our mentoring programs, employability, and entrepreneurship programs.

In this leadership role, you will be at the helm of an entrepreneurial, impact-driven, and rapidly advancing team in Zurich. You will direct the growth of partnerships and secure funding from corporations and foundations, guiding a full stack sales process - from lead generation to negotiation and closure. You will have the opportunity to further scale your role within Aiducation, taking on additional responsibilities in our Swiss Chapter.

Tasks

**You will**:

- Strategize and Implement: Develop and execute business development plans together with the team in alignment with the board of Aiducation International Switzerland.
- Steering Partner Acquisition & Scaling Up Funding Activities: Take charge of acquiring new B2B funding partners, including corporates and foundations.
- Corporate Engagement: Reach out to leading corporations' CSR or marketing departments or CEOs directly, structure and negotiate impact-driven deals with them.
- Partnership Development: Foster existing relationships, deepen collaborations, and generate referrals.
- Strategic Growth: Drive strategic initiatives to expand business development areas like new markets, customer groups, or products.
- Leadership: Technical and personnel guidance of the swiss team
- Ambassador Network: Leverage & grow our existing Ambassador Network consisting of professional supporters committed to maximize impact
- Global Core Team: Become part of our global core team shaping and driving the future of our regenerative & scalable social impact model

- Affinity for digital sales and remote, digital work environments

- Experience in the not-for-profit and/or education sector
- Experience in leading a global and distributed team
