Business Development and Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with updates to the website;
- Assisting with the firm’s extensive events schedule, both internal and external;
- Assisting with directory submissions for legal directories and awards, including collecting referees, drafting submissions, coordinating interviews and monitoring and reporting on progress;
- Assisting in creating content and drafting news for internal and external dissemination, for the firm’s website, social media channels and external distribution agencies;
- Compiling and editing marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, adverts, invitations and client presentations);
- Organising photo shoots, Christmas cards and animations, and marketing give-aways;
- Creating and managing databases;
- Supporting various BDM projects; and
- Providing administrative and other assistance to the team, as required.

**Your profile**:

- University educated, preferably with a recognised qualification in business, marketing or events;
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role; marketing and/ or law firm experience and knowledge would be an asset;
- Excellent written and oral English and French imperative (native speaker or equivalent level required); other language skills, especially German and/or Spanish, would be an asset;
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail imperative;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and work seamlessly on a regular basis with teams from our Zurich and London offices;
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe,, Photoshop and Wordpress would be an asset;
- Proven ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously, with rigorous organisational skills;
- Talented, proactive, and motivated to learn and develop.
