Product Manager, Web3 Wallet

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy.
- Initiate, specify, and manage functional requirements for wallet features, enhancements and bug fixes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, customer support, and operations to achieve product objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations that pertain to our operating industries.
- Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience.
- Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry.
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for providing an exceptional user experience.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment.
- Fluent in English; multiple language skills would be a bonus.
