Le projet d’expansion tant attendu de Dive Bär est en cours, et nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) **Taproom Service Leader** passionné(e), autonome et surtout créatif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

**À propos de Dive Bär**

Fondée en 2015 à Gland (VD), Dive Bär SA est une brasserie artisanale axée « bio » dont les valeurs fondamentales comprennent la durabilité, les pratiques écologiques, un accent sur la création de liens durables avec nos clients et avec d’autres artisans, ainsi qu’un engagement dans la vie communautaire à la fois glandoise et régionale.
Après un long parcours, notre brasserie est sur le point de s’installer dans de nouveaux locaux comprenant brasserie, bar à bière, restaurant et terrasse végétalisée où seront servis bières, café et autres boissons
élaborées sur place, accompagnés d’un offre alimentaires d’origine locale, toujours frais, toujours nouveau. Les locaux du futur Dive Bär seront du genre « conteneurs maritimes », situés sur un terrain vague à la Gare de
Gland, une situation à haute visibilité et à forte circulation piétonne.

Un lieu de détente et de gastronomie hors pair à Gland Gare Sud, où l’on pourra profiter de moments entre amis ou en famille, accompagné de magnifiques boissons et bouchées, un atmosphère accueillant et ludique, des
événements ponctuels et on en passe.

Une énorme sélection de bières artisanales en pression, élaborées avec passion et créativité, et parfois avec la participation de brasseurs invités de la région, de quoi satisfaire à tous les goûts et curiosités

Une offre de petite restauration en constante évolution, axée sur les produits frais et de proximité, préparés en cuisine ou bien par les meilleurs food trucks de la région

**Mission **En collaboration avec l’Équipe Direction, vous serez responsable du service et de la gestion du bar.

**Responsabilités**
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’Équipe Direction pour soutenir une entreprise axée sur l’excellence du service.
- En collaboration avec l’Équipe Direction, planifier des calendriers de _food trucks_ invités, faciliter leur collaboration avec les équipes Cuisine et Service.
- Superviser et déléguer les tâches de préparation des aliments selon les besoins.
- Effectuer des inventaires, et commander, réceptionner et stocker les aliments et les fournitures afin de maintenir des niveaux suffisants de produits alimentaires, le tout dans le respect des règles strictes d’hygiène.
- Maintenir les procédures sanitaires et l’organisation de l’espace de travail en respectant tous les règlements de santé et d’hygiène.
- Veiller à ce que les Équipements et les installations soient en bon état, propres et entretenus régulièrement. Maintenir des horaires de nettoyage appropriés. Signaler tout problème majeur à l’Équipe Direction.
- En collaboration avec l’Équipe Direction, maintenir l’accent sur l’association des mets avec nos bières.
- Superviser la formation et le développement de l’Équipe Service en guidant et en améliorant ses compétences culinaires.

**Compétences professionnelles**
- Une expérience obligatoire de 5 ans dans le milieu de la restauration ou bars
- Une capacité à travailler efficacement et à accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- D’excellentes compétences en gestion et en formation du personnel et une forte capacité à diriger et à mener une équipe.
- L’aptitude à résoudre les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu’ils se présentent et à résoudre les conflits.
- Une passion pour la bière artisanale avec un palais expérimenté et des compétences en matière d’évaluation sensorielle.
- De solides compétences en matière de leadership, de communication, de gestion du temps et d’organisation.
