- Dann bist du genau der Mensch, den wir suchen Als Content Lead Live führst du das Produzenten-Team in Erlenbach inhaltlich und bist für die Studioproduktionen verantwortlich. Du gehörst zum Leader-Team in der Matrix-Organisation der Redaktion. Als JournalistIn bringst du nicht nur Erfahrung im TV-Bereich mit, sondern auch eine Passion für hochwertige Inhalte und ein tiefes Interesse am Schweizer Eishockey.
- Aufgaben:

- Du bist im Lead, wenn es um Inhalt, Planung und Koordination unserer Live-Studio-Produktionen geht. Zusammen mit der Gesamtredaktion und externen Partnern (Liga, Clubs), sorgst du für ein rundum gelungenes TV-Erlebnis
- Die Qualität und stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Studiosendungen und Formate liegen in deinen Händen. Du leitest Hockeyabsprachen und Redaktionssitzungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos abläuft
- Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Führung unseres Produzenten-, Moderatoren
- und Expertenteams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamlead Editorial und dem Head of Content
- Als Produzent unserer National-League-Studiosendungen trägst du massgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Zuschauer stets bestens unterhalten werden
- Die Schnittstelle und Koordination mit der Programmplanung und unseren Free-Partnern für Live-Inhalte (NL, NHL, CHL) liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du trägst zur Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung unserer redaktionellen Strukturen, Workflows und Systeme bei und erstellst Playbooks für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Anforderungen:

- Du bist ein erfahrener TV-Profi mit einem umfangreichen journalistischen Background und bestens vertraut mit Live-TV-Produktionen
- Deine Liebe zum Sport, insbesondere zum Schweizer Eishockey, ist spürbar und motiviert dich täglich
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist sind für dich keine leeren Phrasen, sondern tägliche Begleiter
- Dein vernetztes Denken, Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz sind deine Erfolgsfaktoren
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, analysierst präzise und bringst technisches Verständnis für Live
- und/oder TV-Produktionen mit
- Freude an der inhaltlichen Führung eines Teams ist von Vorteil, aber Erfahrung hierin ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sprachen: Deutsch; Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
