- Evaluation der Bedürfnisse, gemeinsame Zieldefinition, Erarbeitung diverser Eventformate in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stakeholder innerhalb der Bank
- Projektverantwortung von A bis Z; von der Analyse, der Planung, über die Umsetzung bis hin zu Budget und Erfolgskontrolle
- Integration von Content Elementen im Sinne einer optimalen Live Communication und Sicherstellen einer einzigartigen Client Journey
- Fachliche Auskunft und Beratung von internen Partnern im Bereich der Live Communication
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern wie NZZ connect und SwissSkills zur Umsetzung der Eventprojekte

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- Universitätsabschluss oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit Fokus auf Marketing, Kommunikation und / oder Projektmanagement
- Mehrjährige Event
- / Marketingerfahrung, Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten: analytisch, kreativ, zielorientiert, pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und verhandlungsstark
- Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung in der Planung, Kreation, Realisation und Budgetierung
- Einen sicheren persönlichen Auftritt
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitaler Live Communication
- Ausgewiesene Sprachkenntnisse: fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch und / oder Italienisch von Vorteil

Zudem sind Sie:

- Erfahren in der Führung von komplexen Projekten, vorausschauend und vernetzt denkend
- Versiert in der Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
- Kostenbewusst und haben eine solide Risikoeinschätzung
- Erfahren im Umgang mit Office 365 und digital affin
- Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig, sorgfältig und können Stil und Qualität im Grossen und Kleinen sicherstellen
- Unternehmerisch sowie teamorientiert denkend und haben eine "can do" Attitude
- Fähig, den Status Quo zu hinterfragen und neue Lösungsansätze zu bringen
- Offen für Veränderungen und nutzen diese als Chance
