We are now looking for a **Head of Data Management, Integration and Reporting** that is part of **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

- Building the Data Management, Integration and Reporting strategy and related roadmaps in alignment with the FIFA Technology overall strategy.
- Defining and driving the implementation of FIFA's Data strategy and corresponding roadmaps.
- Identifying and defining Data & Analytics investments and overseeing the implementation of related initiatives
- Leading the planning, evaluation and selection of the right data science capabilities for the enterprise
- Establishing and overseeing fusion teams to blend technology / analytics and business domain expertise and ensuring maximum value of Technology to the business
- Initiating, planning and implementing major initiatives as per approved roadmaps
- Leading and managing staff in the department
- Recruiting personnel as per approved staffing plans
- Managing and coordinating relevant suppliers to ensure service and project deliverables are met
- Developing and managing the department's budget

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

- University degree or similar higher education in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in implementing Data Strategies, reporting factory models and unique integration layers
- Experience in leading teams of data-science, analyst and reporting experts.
- Very good understanding of backend integration technologies and architecture patterns
- Strong working knowledge of relevant concepts and technologies, including but not limited to TOGAF, enterprise architecture methodologies, SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) etc.; professional certifications in these areas
- Proven track-record of solving ambiguous and highly complex data problems, strong quantitative modelling skills, inclusive of machine learning, experimental design, and optimization
- Good knowledge of data technologies and integration solutions such as Snowflake, Boomi, PowerBI
- Experience in Data analytics, managing real-time data, near real-time, for various types of data (such as audio, video, etc)
- Proven experience in developing & implementing a Data Strategy
- At least 15 years of overall work experience in IT roles
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a data science position
- At least 5 years of people management experience leading data sciences and/or architecture teams
- Perfect knowledge of English and business fluency in at least a second language (French, Spanish or German)
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Ability to set challenging goals and to work to meet them through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage abstract models and communicate factual deliverables
- Excellent planning, documentation and organizational skills
- Self-disciplined and self-starter and able to work independently
