Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Eingebettet in unser Innovationsteam für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikationskanäle übernimmst du als Product OwnerIn die gruppenweite Produktverantwortung für das Client Reporting und die Verantwortung für das komplette Spektrum an digitalem und klassischem Kundenreporting. Deine Ambition ist, unsere Fachkompetenz auf eine kundenzentrierte Weise zu transportieren. Darüber hinaus entwickest du künftige Game Changer, welche uns in der Kundeninteraktion auch künftig führend positionieren.

Zu deinen konkreten Aufgaben gehören:

- Du arbeitest als Product OwnerIn eng mit einem agilen, interdisziplinären Fusion Team mit Fachpersonen aus der Kundenbetreuung, Stammdatenbewirtschaftung, Compliance und Legal, sowie Experten in der Applikationsentwicklung, Prozessmanagement, Interaktionsdesign oder Qualitätsmanagement.
- Du entwickelst auf Basis einer übergeordneten Strategie eine Produktivision und entwickelst diese auch laufend weiter. Dazu bist du auch extern vernetzt und kennen Trends und Innovation in deinem Feld.
- Du teilst deine Absicht und deinen Fortschritt gerne und regelmässig mit der Organisation und vertrittst dein Team auch in der übergeordneten Planung und Abstimmung.
- Im Dialog mit deinen Stakeholdern suchst du effiziente, gemeinsame Lösungen, welche möglichst für alle Geschäftseinheiten funktionieren. Wo dazu Entscheidungen von Management-Ebene notwendig sind, unterstützt duden Entscheidungsprozess aktiv und bist auch in der Lage, eine Empfehlung auszusprechen.
- Im Entwicklungsprozess sowie beim Ausrollen von Neuerungen deines Produktes involvierst du deine Kunden in allen Einheiten der LGT direkt und praktisch (z.B. über die Arbeit mit Prototypen, Umfragen oder Roundtables).

Ihr Profil
- Für Erfolg und Freude in dieser Position bringst du entsprechende Voraussetzungen mit:

- Die Arbeit mit Investmentthemen, Marktdaten und deren verständliche und ansprechende Visualisierung auf digitalen und klassischen Trägern begeistern dich.
- Es bereitet dir Freude, eine Vision für dein Produkt zu entwickeln, zu konkretisieren und diese auch anschaulich zu vermitteln.
- Dein Team nimmt dich als eine inspirierende und kompetente Kundenstimme wahr.
- Du pflegst gerne und proaktiv den Kontakt zu deinen internen Kunden sowie unseren Bankkunden und bist einverstanden, sich an deren Zufriedenheit messen zu lassen.
- Du überzeugst in der Vertretung deiner Vision und Priorisierungs
- und Umsetzungsentscheidungen.
- Über dein Produkt hinaus bringst du dein Fachwissen zu Kundenreportings gerne in andere Teams und Projekte ein.

Ausserdem verfügst du über die notwendigen Qualifikationen für deine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Fachhochschul
- oder Universitätsabschluss auf Bachelor
- oder Masterstufe)
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im agilen Arbeiten in und mit Scrum und Verständnis für klassisches Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und starker sprachlicher Flair, andere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Banksystemen oder innovativen Finanzsoftware von Vorteil (beispielsweise Avaloq)
