- We’re looking for a Crew Product Lead for Client Reporting to:
- jointly with the Crew Technical Lead drive the long-term success of all our client reporting products in all digital channels and on paper, covering themes like cash and investment transactions, investment positions, portfolio performance, and sustainability ratings
- assure that the reporting products satisfy UBS’s clients’ and employees’ needs, that they provide an excellent user experience, and that the products always stay in good operational health
- formulate the crew's long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results as well as represent the crew in the quarterly business review
- lead the crew in modern product practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
- interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their reporting needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
- line manage the product managers in the Crew

**Your expertise**
- strong product leadership skills, good understanding of bank clients’ financial information needs, as well as several years of experience with a significant budget responsibility
