**Your role**
- Are you a passionate personality with drive and energy to cover a product owner vacancy in Zürich? Are you keen to be part of an exciting journey to help transform our client tax reporting business? We are looking for an inclusive and open minded leader person, yet assertive in managing team and stakeholders.
- We are looking for someone who will- take on product owner responsibilities for Client Tax Reporting Italy portfolio
- develop product strategy in line with market, regulatory and technology trends
- drive new product changes iteratively and continuously in line with product strategy
- prioritize and manage book of work with key stakeholders and external service provider
- ensure compliance of the product with risk (eg. ORI, MERs), security policies and architecture and technology standards
- coordinate Technology related activities and team to support Client Tax Reporting production
- ensure the quality of the product from a technical, non-functional and commercial perspective
- manage external vendor relationship

**Your team**
- You will be part of the Agile Crew Receiving Services Post Trade in Switzerland. As a product owner, you will be supported by a strong, knowledgeable and functionally experienced team.

**Your expertise**
- competency in agile delivery methodologies and tooling
- vision to mature Pod and Ecosystem
- ideally knowledge of UBS business deal structure, positions, client statics (CPOS, CI and Outbound)
- ideally vendor management experience
- good communication skills, able to manage across different stakeholder segments at senior level
- an ability to build trusted relationships
- change experience in the financial industry
- inclusive and open minded, yet assertive
- client focused with the ability to drive resolution of issues
- able to work and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business users
- able to remain calm under pressure and can think clearly to tackle difficult problems with creativity and persistency
- able to design practical solutions
- fluent in English, understanding of German and/or Italian Langue beneficial
