In our Hematology & Oncology Division, we are responsible for medicines that help to improve the health and quality of life of patients with oncological diseases. **CELL THERAPY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HEMATOLOGY**
PURPOSE:
- Be at the forefront of treatment innovation with CAR T-cell therapy
- Enable partner accounts to get ready, certified and operational to support a growing amount of patients with life-changing CAR T treatment
- Contributes to the cross-regional/European functional Marketing Networks, representing the local interest and providing local insights
- Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and is accountable for development and execution of customer strategy plans to enable CAR T site readiness and flawless account operations - ensuring product positioning in line with the cross-functional CAR T strategy and achievement of the committed business objectives.
- Ensures the execution of customer engagement plans and is key contact of CAR T partners, drives external focus of the Local Action Team
- Leads the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Contributes to the development of the overall internal and external CAR T training plan, and leads the development and execution of the commercial training elements
- Supports the development of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspective, leads the development of the local commercial plan, provides insightful input into local financial forecasts
- Drives accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making and empowerment to the lowest level possible
- Tracks and reports the business performance, identify deviations and recommend operational and strategic options to improve the commercial performance
- Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply.
**Qualifications**:
**Professional**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; Experience in Hematology (Multiple Myeloma) and /or CAR-T preferred
- Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Proven understanding of the Swiss Healthcare environment and customer landscape
- Digital, Omnichannel experience seen as advantage
- Project Management Skills
- Fluency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
