For our client, a financial services company in Geneva, we are looking for an Office Manager (H/F/X) to join its dynamic team for a full-time, permanent role:
**Missions**
- You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a diverse team, ranging from junior to senior levels.
- You will skillfully handle telephone communications, always projecting a professional image.
- You are tasked with organizing and preparing for internal and external meetings, including logistics like room bookings and document preparation.
- You will manage document formatting and typing, including letters and presentations, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- You oversee processing expense claims, maintaining meticulous financial records for the team.
- You will oversee office contracts and liaise with suppliers, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
- You are instrumental in assisting with operational reviews, third-party account management, and IT issue resolutions in coordination with other team members.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in alignment with company policies and business development initiatives.
- You will provide occasional cover for other team assistants and contribute to project work and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- You have experience in a similar fast-paced role, ideally within the financial services sector.
- You are accustomed to supporting high-performing teams, acting with discretion and professionalism.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.
- You are highly organized, responsive, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities.
