Für unser Eröffnungsteam suchen wir einen charmanten und gästeorientierten In-Room-Dining Manager (M/F/d).

In dieser Funktion sind Sie
- für das Management der In-Room-Abteilung verantwortlich
- für die Leitung des Teams verantwortlich
- pflegen den Gästekontakt
- Handeln vorausschauend
- bieten einen außergewöhnlichen Service für unvergessliche Erlebnisse
- leiten und überwachen die Arbeitsqualität und die Gästezufriedenheit
- verwalten die Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung Ihrer Abteilung

In this role you will be responsible for leading the restaurant team to deliver memorable experiences through positive interactions with guests, anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the restaurant operation, you will manage and monitor work quality and guest satisfaction and manage the department P&L.
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- Führungs
- und Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team von Mitarbeitern aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen zu führen
- Ausdrucksstärke, Aufgeschlossenheit und Teamgeist
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit natürlichem Gespür für den Umgang mit Gästen
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität - Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst auch Nacht-, Wochenend
- und Feiertagsschichten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
