We are currently looking for a highly talented, self-motivated and analytically minded **Global Presales Operations Associate** to join our Pre-Sales Center of Excellence.

**Main duties**:

- Gain an in-depth knowledge of Board and support Sales and Presales in positioning Board in Global Opportunities
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients globally
- Contribute to selected RFP/RFI completion
- Provide active collaboration and support in worldwide Demos, POCs (Proof of Concepts) and POTs (Proof of Technology)
- Provide active support in worldwide Demo assets customization and editing
- Support in maintaining the Demo Assets Library
- Support management, maintenance, and update of Global Demo Portal
- Support creation and update presales collateral (e.g. demo scripts, training videos, documentation) for positioning Board within relevant domains
- Support presales research in the industry - including competitor research
- Thrive for constant demo asset and process improvement

**What we look for**:

- Previous experience working with any EPM/CPM solutions as Pre-Sales or Professional Services Consultant
- Previous experience in designing and delivering Demos, POCs or Customer solutions
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mindset with great problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience with any other scripting languages like SQL | PYTHON | C++
