Board is in search of a Compensation and Benefits Intern to join the team at our headquarters in Chiasso for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in handling all compensation and benefits operations to support our Compensation & Benefits department. You will have the chance to closely collaborate with both the HR and Finance teams, enhancing your analytical skills to assist in making strategic HR decisions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Job Leveling process by reviewing and analyzing job descriptions
  • Assist in market pricing activities by identifying and analyzing benchmark data and, if necessary, carrying out modeling analyses
  • Take part in Total Rewards projects such as commissions, salary adjustments, and company car policy reviews
  • Aid in the initial mapping of benefits and explore the best cost options for benefits

What we are seeking:

  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Number-oriented mindset with the ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Previous experience in Human Resources data analytics or compensation would be advantageous
  • Fluent in English
