**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting day by day HR Administration activities for Swiss an Italy based employees
- Checking and managing time cards: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
- Maintaining the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly check
- Introduction to payroll management with interface with external providers (CH & ITA).
**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Experience**
- At least 6 months experience in HR Administration & Payroll teams
- Good in English (speaking, reading comprehension and writing)
- Degree in Economics or similar fields.
**Abilities/qualities**
- Attention to detail
- Proactivity and problem solving skills
- Good team player.
