**HEAD OF UX DESIGN**
La figura, riportando direttamente al Chief of Business, si occuperà dello sviluppo e redesign delle interfacce con forte focus su progetti legati alla mobile app.
**Di cosa ti occuperai**:
- Gestire i team di Product Design, UX Research e UX Copy, assicurando che il lavoro svolto sia in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali
- Implementare _design strategies_ volte a migliorare l'User Experience di tutte le piattaforme aziendali
- Collaborare con team inter-funzionali per garantire una perfetta integrazione del design con lo sviluppo del prodotto e la strategia aziendale
- Comprendere le esigenze e i bisogni degli stakeholder chiave, traducendo le informazioni e i dati in insight utili alla definizione delle migliori soluzioni e - se necessario - condurre test e attività di User Research
- Supportare il team di design nel miglioramento del prodotto dal punto di vista dell'interfaccia/esperienza utente
**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te**:
- +8 anni di esperienza nella progettazione UX, maturati in contesti ad alto impatto digitale o agenzie di comunicazione/design (l'esperienza nel settore turistico/travel sarà considerato un plus)
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza alla guida di team di design
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi, sia web che mobile
- Un portfolio che dimostri una forte conoscenza dei principi e delle metodologie dell'approccio user-centered
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (B2/C1)
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, collaborazione e leadership
- Completano il profilo proattività, passione per il mondo digitale, orientamento all'obiettivo
